We spend total 3 night here and it was a wonderful stay. Truly enjoyed it. There is a train station, about 10 minutes walk and the train will leads to Kuala Namu airport.

Hotel tua, dgn kamar cukup luas. Saat akan mandi dgn air panas, keluar air warna sangat hitam, dikeluarkan hingga 5 menit, air tetap hitam. Kran air digeser ke air dingin, keluar air bersih, jadi nya mandi dgn air dingin.

This hotel is located exactly at the center point between Merdeka Walk and Kesawan, which makes the location very strategic. During our stay, there happened to be the 80th TNI anniversary celebration, so the roads were closed and we couldn’t check out on time that’s how close and central this hotel is. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The hotel is clean, and our deluxe room was quite spacious. However, the interior is quite old. From the photos it looks modern, but in reality, most of the furniture is dated. The breakfast was decent. they served roti jala with curry, and honestly, it tasted really good! My Malay taste buds totally approved 😋 The building itself looks nice and not gloomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a good location, clean rooms, and friendly service just keep in mind that it’s an old hotel in terms of interior design.

Location is very strategic, right in the middle of the city. The building is quite old, more than 40 years old. They've done some renovation but it is noticeably old. Lobby got no aircon when I arrived. The shower was leaking a bit. But my room was clean and it was big. It got a big window with view to the street. Not bad for the price that I was paying.

I initially got a room which was connected to another room. I explained my disconfort to the hotel and they changed to a nicer room. Appreciate their understanding and that they work towards attending to customer requests. The hotel is old but functional. The room was big and had lots of space.
